We now have two exciting positions open in our Corporate Venturing team: a results-driven Business Director and a Service Coordinator
Business Director in Corporate Venturing
If you have experience in developing startups and/or driving innovation at corporations, want to help large companies leverage startups’ innovations to do more good, and are motivated by results, you might be the right person to join our team!
As Business Director, you’ll be responsible for delivering results and planning solutions that meet the needs of corporations for building profitable startup co-operations. In addition, you’ll be supporting our Service team in their work to identify the strategic goals of corporations with matching startups, as well as building joint businesses between corporations and startups.
What your typical day might look like at Innovestor:
- You’ll get to act as a leading expert for corporations through our Corporate Venturing services. Through these services, you’ll get to
- be responsible for identifying client needs and tailoring solutions for those needs
- be responsible for managing large corporate accounts
- be part of a team responsible for delivering KPIs
- support the Service team in exceeding our promises to clients
- participating in continuous development of services, products and business as part of our team of experts
What we’re looking for:
- You’re passionate about building an industry-leading service concept with us
- Track record of delivering commercial and business results
- Experience in, or working with, developing startups and/or driving innovation at corporations
- Customer-oriented, results-driven and an interest towards a diverse role and taking responsibility
- You work well under pressure and have organisation skills, are service-minded and have a positive mindset
- An applicable degree for the job and working proficiency in English

Service Coordinator in Corporate Venturing
Innovestor, a Nordic venture capital firm, is looking for a Service Coordinator who’s not afraid to take initiative to join the Corporate Venturing team. If you’re genuinely a customer-driven person and a team player with a great work ethic, this might be the perfect fit for you!
As Service Coordinator, you’ll get to be part of our team of experts involved in carrying out demanding projects for our Corporate Venturing customers. You’ll get to be hands-on in identifying startups who match the strategic goals of our corporate customers as well as building joint businesses between corporations and startups.
What your typical day might look like at Innovestor:
- You will be acting as a specialist in serving corporations through the Corporate Venturing services. Through these services, you’ll get to
- be a part of our team of experts by participating in producing the service and reporting
- utilise our innovation deal flow to search for startups that match the needs of corporations
- analyse and interview international startups
- be responsible for planning and facilitating workshops
- measure and report results
- Participating in the continuous development of services, products and business together with our team of experts
What we’re looking for:
- Experience or interest in driving innovation at corporations and/or developing a startup’s business
- At least a few years of experience in project work
- Customer-oriented, results-driven and an interest towards a diverse role and taking responsibility
- You work well under pressure and have organisation skills, are service-minded and have a positive mindset
- IT-skills (e.g. MS Office, Lyyti)
- An applicable degree for the job (e.g. Bachelor of Business) and working proficiency in English
