Our investment focus is on commercial properties with a value of EUR 5-10 million located in growth centers

As a professional investor, we see strong long-term potential in the commercial property investment sector. Especially in our chosen investment size of 5-10 Million Euros of meticulously chosen targets, found in growth center areas in Finland and/or abroad. The starting minimum investment is EUR 25,000, and the shares are eligible for secondary trading.  We believe in full transparency, and so disclose the chosen investments targets’ cashflows, expenses and fees in all investor material.

We offer you attractive targets and streamlined access to unique commercial property investment opportunities. Invest hassle-free in a diligently chosen institutional grade commercial property, backed by transparent reporting and extensive experience to oversee your investment. Our total return (IRR) target is above 10% per annum, while annual dividend payout target is a minimum of 6%. According to our view, this level of return is around double compared to that of rental returns from traditional investment apartments*.

We offer around 2-4 attractive investment targets per year. Investing in our chosen properties happens the same way as our already existing and proven startup co-investment model.
