Innovestor Real Estate Invests in Commercial Property in Varisto, Vantaa
Innovestor Real Estate has recently invested in a commercial property in Varisto, Vantaa, located at Martinkyläntie 59. The modern building, approximately 10,000 square meters in size and heated with ground-source heat, certified by BREEAM for sustainability, was developed to meet the demanding needs of tenants by experienced property developers UM Kiinteistöt Oy and Tekova Oy, the latter of which also served as the general contractor.

The property has three long-term tenants.

Bank financing for the project was provided by Innovestor Real Estate’s long-term partner Turun Seudun Osuuspankki of the OP Group, which granted a “green loan” with terms for responsible and sustainable financing.

The project was initiated at a challenging time, but the result is excellent, for which I want to thank Tekova and the well-managed construction site.
