GROWING BUSINESS – LOOKING FOR AN INVESTOR RELATIONS PROFESSIONAL
Innovestor is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our management team as Head of Investor Relations. The overarching goal of this role is to drive the company’s capital-raising efforts and develop investor relationships while leading a team of skilled IR professionals.
In this strategic position, you will manage the investor relations agenda, drive the development of IR processes, and collaborate closely with the IR team, investment partners, and marketing & communications functions to align capital-raising efforts with the company’s overall strategy.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Investor Relations will play a pivotal role in shaping Innovestor’s growth by engaging with new and existing investors, managing a dedicated team, and contributing to the company’s strategic direction.
Key responsibilities:
- Further develop the Investor Relations function.
- Formulate and execute capital-raising strategies and KPIs.
- Lead and inspire a team of IR professionals.
- Acquire new clients and enhance the customer service model.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications to strengthen Innovestor’s external and internal communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international investors, including institutions, foundations, and family offices.
- Ensure quality and compliance in all investor-related communications.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree in Communications, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in investor relations or institutional sales, with knowledge of alternative, non-listed, illiquid assets.
- Skills: Proven project management expertise, fundraising acumen, and a broad investor network.
- Language: Native Finnish, fluent English; Swedish is an asset.
- Personal Traits: Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, results-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
