Innovestor Real Estate has invested in a new commercial property in Vantaa, Finland, along Ring 3 road, at the address Kalliosolantie 4. This property is the fifth investment for the IRE5 and supports the project’s strategy excellently due to its central location and long-term lease agreement.
The property is designed and developed to meet the needs of the real estate services company Lassila & Tikanoja Oyj. Sustainability has been a key part of the development, resulting in the achievement of the BREEAM In-Use sustainability certification at the “Very Good” level. The property incorporates many sustainable development elements, such as geothermal heating and a green roof, which are essential parts of the property certification requirements.
