Innovestor expanding to Sweden
Innovestor opened a branch office in Sweden on January 21st. The Swedish operation will be headed by ex-Nordea Markets director Stefan Sonnerstedt.
Innovestor offers a convenient way to invest in carefully selected non-listed growth companies in Nordics and Baltics. Innovestor’s concept combines a digital web-based investing with a strong selection and verification process of target companies.
Innovestor arranges two share issues on two Swedish companies starting in January. The first one is on CargoSpece24 AB, which offers digitally optimized freight services. The second company is a mobile application developer Time Development AB, which has launched a virtual personal trainer service.
“We are really looking forward to be part of the startup ecosystem in Sweden. The feed back we have received so far, has been very positive. We have operating modell that is clearly an interesting alternative for both investors and growth companies”, says Stefan Sonnerstedt.
