AIFM License
Innovestor Ventures Oy and Innovestor Life Science Oy are registered alternative investment fund managers (AIFM) whose operations are supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA).
FVCA Membership
Innovestor is a member of the Finnish Venture Capital Association (FVCA) and we adhere to their recommended guidelines to promote transparency in venture capital and private equity industries. You can find the association’s recommendations here.
Valuation Guidelines
We follow the International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines (IPEVG) in the valuation of our portfolio companies, and our investor reporting is based on the guidelines of Invest Europe. We report to our investors on a quarterly basis the value development of our funds including major events within the portfolio companies.
VC Funds and Investors
Innovestor’s VC Funds are limited partnerships incorporated and existing under the laws of Finland. The Funds are managed by their AIF managers Innovestor Ventures Oy and Innovestor Life Science Oy.
